To point out similarities is not the same as claiming equivalency. The similarities between the border detention centers and the Nazi concentration camps are the harsh conditions (NOT IDENTICAL) and the fact that certain government officials and civilians are denying or ignoring these conditions, in some cases for profit or political gain.
