This for me is the genius of a new form that's developing on Medium (as populated by several publications like Plethora of Pop, Songstories, Riff, InTune, and others, as well as individual posts)--the opportunity to share our idiosyncracies with others and to appreciate and incorporate their idiosyncrasies. Or to quote one of my favorite singer/songwriters--Robert Wyatt--"Your lunacy fits in nicely with my own."
