There’s a pro Israel antisemitic continuum that extends beyond Hagee type evangelicals. For traditional Southern Baptists and other conservative Christians, all Muslims are evil, so the enemy of their enemy is their friend. But they don’t love their friends (who according to these “Christians” are going to hell because they don’t believe in Jesus). These non-apocalyptic Christians do love Israel and fantasize about visiting the Holy Land not to help or proselytize Israelis but “to walk where Jesus walked.” It’s their Sunday School Disneyland.
