There have been problems with using images from sites like Unsplash. Occasionally the Unsplash contributor hasn't secured rights from the individual photographed, and some of those predators who search out violations in order to extort the image user into coughing up some $$ in order to avoid a costly lawsuit will prevail. If you use an Unsplash (or other image), you would be safest if the humans in the photo aren't identifiable.
