There are several artists here that I don't care much for. Mr. Bungle may be the worst--your argument is quite persuasive.

The most significant entry here, in my biased opinion, is Scott Walker's Tilt--not just an important album in its own right, but an important transition in Walker's career, from the very good to the defiantly brilliant.
