There are degrees of advocacy. Not all Republicans who have declared war on women could be classified as pro-rape. Those who do, believe in a husband’s right to rape his wife (“spousal / marital rape”).

This isn’t a complete list — it’s just the first articles I came up with from a simple Google search. Later, I’ll provide you some resources about Republicans who minimize the seriousness of rape as a crime (this isn’t the same as advocating or promoting rape of course — note that my original comment said “ and a not insignificant number Republican officials can be seen as anti-woman or as apologists for the male right to commit rape” (emphasis mine).
Though the Republicans cited in my two posts don’t speak for ALL Republicans, it’s significant that when other Republican elected officials criticized the pro-spousal-rape and other misogynist remarks, they did so out of concern for losing voters, not out of concern for the victims of these remarks.
