The British series "Line of Duty" is a kind of anti-copaganda. The protagonists are an Internal Affairs type unit, which means they investigate rogue cops--i.e. certain members of the police force are the villains (and it's not always clear which ones). The storylines often cast doubt on the integrity of the IA unit members themselves--no one is above suspicion. It's the most compelling crime drama I've ever seen.
