Sanders has other vulnerabilities as well (I won’t enumerate them — that’s not my purpose). But so do all the other candidates. Victor Frankenstein could not create a candidate in the lab who wouldn’t be vulnerable to Trump in one or more areas. Trump is Rosa Kleb with razor blades in his shoes. In a real-world matchup with Trump (not those phony polls), the Democrats can’t do better than Sanders, and they can’t do worse than Sanders. Substitute the names of the remaining hopefuls, and you’ve got an accurate picture of the primary.
The question isn’t “Will Bernie Sanders get shredded by Trump in the general election?” It’s “Will the Democrats who are working for whoever wins the nomination give in or will we fight?”
Well, what’s it to be?
