One more quick point. If I complain that X is a racist, I am not judging that person on the basis of his or her skin color. A Black or Asian person can be a racist. Skin color comes in because of the bias of some person against some else’s skin color, not the racist’s skin color. Racism, not the racist's skin color, is the identity problem.
