No question. Imo, what it makes it such a great work is that all the songs fit together and don't fit together. After OK (in my view), they achieved greater consistency. Which is a good thing. But also not a good thing. At any rate, everything before OK was a collection of very good songs. Everything afterwards was an album, but maybe a less interesting if more challenging album.
