Nicholl and Austin of course. I haven't kept up with contests, but I thought Slamdance was honest and helpful. Most of the rest were in business to make money. You can see it in their promotion if you read between the lines. The more they promised, the less likely they were to deliver.
I agree with you about paid reviews on Black List. There was some argument on Triggerstreet about that feature, but some people reported getting helpful feedback for paid notes, which is more than members could say about Script Shark. Some folks would recommend professional readers they had used. You're not guaranteed to get notes that make a big difference in your writing, but if you connect with a reader, you can keep using them.
