3 Canterbury classics on the list this time: Mike Oldfield's Tubular Bells, Gong's Flying Teapot, and Caravan's For Girls Who Grow Plump in the Night. Camel's Camel might also be considered--they have later Canterbury connections, and they play the same sort of tasteful prog that Caravan does (their guitarist is similar to David Gilmour).
My personal favorite on the list is John Cale's Paris 1919. Historically though, Dark Side is tops.
