Miklos Rozsa's main theme from "The Private Life of Sherlock Holmes." Billy Wilder listened to Rozsa's Violin Concerto while writing the script, and then commissioned Rozsa to create the score for the film. The music makes the film as much as any of the other superb elements (writing, acting, photography).
