Imagine a White History month (pretty much all of them except February) that focused only on King George III and Thomas Paine (I tried to pick a founding father who probably didn't condone slavery).
Once people (of all backgrounds) catch on to the fascinating and important world left out of the "standard" texts and stories, Black history, Women's history, etc. will be as common as White male history 365 days a year (but they will never be commonplace).
