I'll come back to my ratings a bit later (Spoiler: A Summer Place will get good marks). In the meantime, I wanted to promote my upcoming review of Futura, an album released in 1961 (conceived a year or two before that) which sought to predict what kind of music would be popular in 1970.

I'm biased by my personal chronology, but I think the decade of 1961-1970 is the most revolutionary of any since recorded music, and Futura got some of its predictions right.
