I think every generation, starting with the Greatest Generation, continuing on to the Boomers (my era), and continuing through to Gen Z, has its strengths and weaknesses. But I believe Gen Z has the greatest potential to effect positive change. Still, I'm sorry that this gift comes with the price tag of what you characterize as greater anxiety.. This dysfunction results largely from the inactivity of previous eras and is no fault of the Gen Z folks. It would behoove us all to support them in every way we can. If we don't, future young people may be unable to move us forward to the greater good, and we (everyone except the Z'ers) will get the world that we deserve.
