I tend to go to Netflix after I've run out of good programming on Amazon Prime or one of the pay channels I subscribe to via Prime. Almost always, I'm disappointed. Even Hulu does better.

Most of the TV shows that Netflix calls "original programs" are just recycled middle-of-the-barrel European fodder. I'd rather pay a little more for a variety of channels and get something truly distinctive from Britbox, Acorn, and PBS Masterpiece, for example. My Netflix subscription isn't long for this world.

Plus they have the most obnoxious portal/recommendation system in the history of broadcasting.
