I saw Joe Cocker live in 1969 (first Atlanta Pop Festival) and Emerson (with ELP) and Holdsworth (with Soft Machine) in the early 70's.
Cocker was a revelation.
I'm not a big fan of ELP any more, but I enjoyed the concert.
I don't remember much about Holdsworth (Bundles tour)--except that he sang (vocalized) on a tune or two. Today, he's one of my favorite prog guitarists. I wish I had been more prepared for what I was about to hear.
Would love to have seen the others (esp. Ronson). If there's a common denominator among these Yorkshire artists, it's a commitment to quality and professionalism.
