Overall, though, Cash is one of many titans of music that I didn't appreciate until much later. At least Ken Burns provided a fine profile in Country Music (even so, only a drop in the bucket of Cash's achievement).

Did you know that Cash appeared in an episode of Columbo (as the villain)? He was (not surprisingly) good as an actor.
