i agree with your points and overall conclusions, but I have several qualms or questions:

Would the funds raised from a particular language / national group be used exclusively for the victims of hunger in that category? E.g. would the proceeds from the French language version be used for France, for all Francophone countries, or for all countries? This is a significant query in my opinion because hunger in one country or region will not be the same as hunger elsewhere. Would the donors expect their contributions to be restricted in a particular way or to be added to a general total / distribution? Typically (and I haven't done the research here) the wealthier (and perhaps more generous) countries / language groups will have greater resources than the more economically disadvantaged nations / language groups.
