I agree with all 3 (in reverse order of favoriting). A singer similar to Dylan is Tom Rapp (Pearls Before Swine, and soloist). Raspy like Dylan but less nasal (as kids, both competed in a talent contest in Minnesota but lost to a 7-year old baton twirler). His phrasing is often melancholy, which fits his lyrics.
