It seems to be cool nowadays to bash Peter Frampton--I don't understand why, unless he's supposed to be more edgy. Popularity is not necessarily a sign of selling out. (It used to be cool to bash Steely Dan as dad rock, but now the pendulum seems to be swinging back the other way.) Heroes is probably my favorite, for the tune and Robert Fripp's guitar riff.
