Great piece; In my article about Western Swing, I mentioned a song by Johnnie Lee Wills ("Relaxin'"--still hard to find except on vinyl) that has practically a small jazz combo arrangement. Johnnie Lee is also seen as a bridge between Western Swing and rockabilly.
