There are many different viewpoints (not just 2), and I think we should respect all stances that don’t impinge on someone else’s stance.

It is possible to be against abortion as a method of birth control without being in favor of imposing draconian measures on women (especially poor women) who believe otherwise. From what I can tell, those who want to punish women are not predominantly female.
