How ironic that Florida’s governor never considers how it makes Black students feel about learning almost exclusively about White people, their experiences, and accomplishments.

DeSantis has a BA from Yale and a JD from Harvard. This doesn't mean that he's not a conservative (or a jerk), but surely he has been exposed to the concepts of diversity and racial bias.
It's entirely possible that DeSantis HAS considered the marginalization of Black students by foisting a White curriculum on them (masquerading as race-neutral), and that the marginalization of Black students is in fact the goal of DeSantis and his fellow Florida Republicans.
