Coxon: much more Kinks than Beatles or Stones--particularly the writing and guitar work. 90 (for the reason listed below).

Butler: much more original than Coxon in structure / writing. Makes a great first impression. But I think I wouldn't need to listen to it again, whereas I could groove on multiple listens to Coxon over time. 85.

Gallagher: I don't know Oasis or the Gallagers very much (though I'm more familiar with them than the above artists--have they paid off the music press???), but in general I'm not impressed (have never forgiven them for ripping off Neil Innes), and that's certainly the case here. The writing and playing are contrived and manipulative, and the vocals are not particularly striking.
