Brilliant use of the retouch metaphor. You see the protagonist at work retouching a photo of Angelina Jolie by adding a sleeve to cover her bare arm in order to comply with Iranian standards. In a similar fashion, the protagonist (and the filmmakers) have to retouch the truths of their lives to make them acceptable to a repressive establishment. But ironically, the protagonist figures out how retouch her action, especially in the final scene, in order to free herself from its consequences.
