As someone who only lasted one year in the trenches, but who thinks that K-12 teaching is the single most important profession today, I wish you had a tip jar of time I could donate to. My first thought was that one of most important things you (or anyone) could do would be to write about your quest. But you've already done that bounteously here and elsewhere. So I'm left with this modest suggestion: get your writing in the hands of people who matter--not so much politicians and CEO's, but others who fight parallel and perhaps interconnected battles to improve our nation, but who may not know what sort of struggles dedicated teachers face every day.
