As an anti-racism educator, you probably know this better than I do, but if people don't see the virulence of racism in 2021, it's because they choose to be blindered. It's to their benefit (psychologically, economically, whatever) to deny the existence of racism.

Giving these people a book isn't going to change their attitude. The first step is to remove the benefit from denial.
