Anna Jarvinen is a Finnish singer / songwriter who mostly sings in Swedish. She recently released a Finnish language version of one of her Swedish language albums (Buren). I don't know either language--this goes back to your original question--but it seems to me that the Finnish versions are more complex and nuanced (Jarvinen plays around a lot with syllables to the extent that each one may have two or more pitches), so subtleties of phrasing and intonation are important features of her vocal style.
Both versions have one song in German, which I think is exactly the same each time. But it's a spoken word piece (with an eerie vocal background), so you don't get to hear so much stylizing, except on the vocal background.
I'd be curious to know how what her spoken text sounds as a German recitation.
