An additional form of denial: "There is no way to decide what's true" and its sibling: "There are two sides to every issue."
The most significant tell is to deny that someone or something is racist, as Jared Kushner did in his essay "The Donald Trump I Know": "Donald Trump is not anti-Semitic and he’s not a racist." If the denier goes on long enough, there will be ample contradictions, rhetorical ploys, and / or fallacies that expose the denial as a cover-up.
