A profoundly moving tribute. The first 2 Doors albums affected me at the time as much as anything since then.
You are probably not wondering "If a contemporary female Swedish pop were to cover a Doors song, what would it sound like?" But I have an answer anyway. (The tv show that this clip is from typically features Swedish musicians covering two unrelated songs and challenging the panel to discover the common ground--hence the second song "Cambodia"). I think Amanda does a good job of channeling Morrison's inflections.
FWIW, Jim Morrison's parents are buried in a cemetery not far from where I live.
