1. I tend to occasional outtakes rather than entire compilations (ignoring the current spate of deluxe boxed sets, which I would savor if I had the bucks).

Kronikles is for some reason the only Kinks album on AllMusic to merit an Album Pick, but my heart goes out to Great Lost Album. It's dark and unrelenting.
